SoloMap Product Legal Supplement

Effective date:8 July 2026

SoloMap Product Scope

SoloMap is a local-first roadmap and strategy cockpit operated at solomap.app and delivered primarily as a VS Code extension. It helps solo developers organise project direction, roadmap steps, Agent runs, execution history, project memory, and portfolio decisions while working with their chosen AI Agent CLIs.

How This Supplement Applies

This product supplement is read together with the SZLK Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie / Tracking Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Data Rights Notice, Do Not Sell or Share Notice, and AI and Entertainment Disclaimer. It records the facts that are specific to SoloMap.

Account and Product Data

SoloMap may process account email, sign-in and session information, product account identifiers, subscription status, billing references, entitlement state, device activations, language preference, and security records needed to provide and protect paid access. Core roadmap, execution-history, and project-memory data is stored in the user's local project workspace by default and is not synchronised to SoloMap servers as part of the core workflow.

AI and Service Processing

SoloMap launches or coordinates AI Agent CLIs selected and configured by the user. Project context sent to those tools is governed by the user's chosen Agent CLI and AI provider. SoloMap may process feedback or diagnostic details only when the user intentionally submits them through a displayed feedback route.

Payments and Paid Access

SoloMap may offer a free core workflow and paid Pro subscriptions or other digital entitlements shown on its pricing or checkout pages. Payment details are handled by the payment processor. SoloMap records the customer, subscription, entitlement, device activation, and delivery state needed to provide paid access.

Delivery and Refund Facts

A paid SoloMap subscription or entitlement is delivered when the corresponding account can activate and use the paid features and device allowance described at checkout. Refund review may consider whether paid access was unlocked, devices were activated, or paid features were used.

Cookies, Privacy Requests, and Preferences

SoloMap may use necessary cookies or similar technologies for sign-in, security, checkout, preference saving, product operation, analytics, and user-requested features. Optional analytics, advertising, or similar technologies should follow the product's cookie controls and applicable consent rules. Privacy requests, cookie preferences, and sale/share opt-out preferences should be submitted through the routes or contact methods displayed in the product.

Storage and Retention

Local roadmap, Agent-run, execution-history, project-memory, and settings data remains in the user workspace until the user changes or deletes it. Account, subscription, entitlement, device activation, consent, privacy request, security, support, and billing-reference records may be retained while the account is active and for as long as needed for service delivery, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, legal compliance, or audit evidence.

User Responsibility and Risk Boundary

SoloMap plans, summaries, priorities, risk signals, and other AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. They are workflow and decision-support materials, not guarantees or legal, financial, tax, investment, security, employment, regulatory, or other professional advice. Users remain responsible for reviewing changes, maintaining project backups, protecting credentials, complying with third-party Agent CLI and AI-provider terms, and paying provider charges they incur.

Material Service Categories

SoloMap may use service providers for hosting, account access, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, AI processing, search or research support, storage, security, logging, and customer support. These providers may process data only as needed for the purposes described in the shared legal documents and this supplement.
